1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of thefoundations.co (the “Website”) and the subscription services offered by CAZAHOME, a limited liability company (SARL) incorporated under French law with a share capital of €4,000, SIREN 930 657 788, registered office at 16 Place des Quinconces, 33000 Bordeaux, France (the “Publisher”).

2. Services

The Foundations offers two tiers of content:

Explorers (free): access to Briefs published on the Website.

Founders (paid): full access to all content, including Fundamentals, via a monthly subscription at €9/month.

3. Subscription and Payment

The Founders subscription is taken out on a monthly basis and renews automatically. Payment is made by credit card via Stripe. The amount is charged on the subscription date, then on each monthly anniversary. The Foundations does not store any payment data: all transactions are handled exclusively by Stripe.

4. Cancellation

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time from their personal account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period, with no refund for the remaining days. Access to Founders content is maintained until that date.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content where delivery has begun with the consumer’s express agreement. By subscribing and accessing content immediately, the subscriber expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

6. Intellectual Property

All content accessible via the subscription (articles, graphics, data) is the exclusive property of CAZAHOME. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use, even partial, is prohibited without prior written consent.

7. Liability

Content published on The Foundations is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. CAZAHOME shall not be held liable for any decisions made on the basis of this content.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be referred to the competent French courts.
