The Foundations is an independent publication, designed and directed by a human editor. To explain every topic from the ground up, in two languages and at a steady pace, we use artificial intelligence at several stages of the editorial work: documentary research, structuring, writing, translation, illustration.
AI is neither a source nor an authority. The choice of topics, the angles, the sources we rely on and the decision to publish rest with the editor, who takes responsibility for them. Every article passes the same filter: "would a reader discovering the topic leave with a real bearing?" Any reported error gets corrected.
